Data and purposes
We process the details you provide when contacting us: name and contact details, business and delivery area where relevant, flavours, quantities and the contents of your enquiry. These are used to respond, prepare quotations, arrange tastings and manage orders. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical access data to serve and protect the website.
The form prepares a message on your device and does not store it in this website’s own database. Continuing opens WhatsApp with the text ready; it is sent to the business when you confirm it there. Do not include sensitive information in the notes. Contact and order details are needed to handle your request; without necessary information we may be unable to do so. This website does not make automated decisions or create commercial profiles.
Legal bases
Quotation enquiries and orders are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request or perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
